It's a living , breathing nightmare. Videos crash. Files disappear. It's not intuitive. You will receive and assignment, but there's never any link. You may spend more time looking for a presentation than the length of the actual presentation. You can attend all the CAPCE accredited CE's and scanned and uploaded certificates you obtain, but they don't transfer to National Registry. (Get National Registry App instead) You can only have ONE State certification (WHY?). And you have to redundantly enter that ONE State and a National to be able to see your progress. But then it doubles your hours and gives you a false sense of where you are with completing requirements. And even after all that work, none of the data exports to anyone, not any state and not National Registry. Really there is no functionality to this.
