When trainings re assigned, they need to autogenerate an email with a direct link to the training that students can just click on. the emails currently sent by CareerCert have no link, and force students to go on an Easter egg hunt to find the training. Half the time, the assigned training doesn't even show up in "Assignments" or "EMS Library"
