Myself and 20 others couldn't get on a live class but support kept telling us there was no issue and we couldn't get credit unless we watched the live. We were there for 45 minutes. No help from support and no way to earn credits. Did the same thing on the next class, 12 of us there, but not live and support said everything was fine. I would say if it was effecting 32 different people there was an issue. Complete waste of time and yet you guys don't seem to care to help us out. Poor customer service!
