I only made enquiries with Careline one week ago and I was extremely impressed with the patience and information that I was shown and given. I had no hesitation to make the decision to proceed with Careline. I decided with NO hesitation to give them a chance. I have paid slightly extra for the FALL detector -in case I ever have a fall. I have an artificial hip which is 23 years old - and so I’m on borrowed time with it. I was extremely pleased with the clear correspondence from them immediately - by email and by first class the following day by post . I was told that I would receive my package the following day by Royal Mail. I received confirmation from Royal Mail the next day - that I would be receiving a package and they gave me the time period it was likely to arrive. I was going out - but I have a notice on my outside porch door that any parcels could be left in the porch. The instruction booklets were easy to understand for setting it up . As I’m 80 years old - I did need my grandson to come to install the “ key safe “ in my porch. He found it easy to install . However , it is waterproof and it can be left anywhere outside. Eg in a shed or behind a bin etc The “ key safe” only cost £25 to purchase. The system was very easy to test and extremely easy to set the contacts set in place. I pressed the white square by ACCIDENT the day after I had it all in place and they phoned me immediately - to check I was ok. I am very pleased with everything so far .
