changed to careline about 4 months ago as current provider couldnot upgrade mums falls pendent, found carline to be very professional , staff are very helpful and friendly

Excellent and prompt service, happy to answer any question and quick to respond when I phoned. My pendant was immediately replaced when it was obvious the phone signal was too weak. I haven't needed to use it as yet but living on my own with a severe back condition I wear my pendant 24/7 in the knowledge that should anything happen, help will get to me as soon as possible.

Very efficient service so far. Was impressed that they reminded mum to test her alarm when she swapped the watch for a necklace pendant. My mum and I are really happy with the service.

We’ve had a box / pendant for about six weeks , my aunt had a fall last night and was on the floor until mid morning, it’s supposed to detect falls , and she repeatedly pressed the alarm . I bought this product for peace of mind , and I don’t think my money has caused you any problems! There are currently no neighbours on hand to go and do a reset , not that an emergency device on which someone’s life or future independence should ever need a reset !. I live over two hours away from her but I know face having to go and reset it , and maybe again the day after if it needs it ! This is not good enough and I will be looking to replace this service ! Feel free to call my aunt to apologise

I have found Careline most helpful particularly when it was difficult to get the equipment to work with my phone. They didn't give up ! So far I have only had to call upon them once and that was very straightforward and quick.

I knew that we had a particular need so instead of shopping from the website I called Careline and they were hugely helpful in deciding what product to try. We also had a problem that the alarm was out of range when we tested it then came back into range when I put it in the back of my car. . Careline hadn't got hold of anyone and so had called an ambulance. I spoke to them through the device and all was sorted/ cancelled. I only wish my father's room had GPS or phone coverage so that we could actually use the device; the service was great!

My Adeline is ok thank you, but i did wonder when I have it on my bedside table, why sometimes it flashes very brightly every now and again, is that normal. Also just a bit surprised you don't have weekly check to see if everything is working alright, or would you realise if it wasn't working correctly? Thank you anyway. Mavis Turner
