I knew that we had a particular need so instead of shopping from the website I called Careline and they were hugely helpful in deciding what product to try.
We also had a problem that the alarm was out of range when we tested it then came back into range when I put it in the back of my car. . Careline hadn't got hold of anyone and so had called an ambulance. I spoke to them through the device and all was sorted/ cancelled. I only wish my father's room had GPS or phone coverage so that we could actually use the device; the service was great!
