We’ve had a box / pendant for about six weeks , my aunt had a fall last night and was on the floor until mid morning, it’s supposed to detect falls , and she repeatedly pressed the alarm . I bought this product for peace of mind , and I don’t think my money has caused you any problems! There are currently no neighbours on hand to go and do a reset , not that an emergency device on which someone’s life or future independence should ever need a reset !. I live over two hours away from her but I know face having to go and reset it , and maybe again the day after if it needs it ! This is not good enough and I will be looking to replace this service ! Feel free to call my aunt to apologise

I’m sorry to say but my experience with care line 365 has not been a good one. I was told by the sales person that the pendant was discreet and it wasn’t, it was cumbersome and very obvious and also hard to wear. When I called to try to return and refund I was firstly mocked by the first operative, then helped by the second one but wasn’t allowed a full refund! The whole experience left a very horrible impression on me and my family.

Unfortunately my Mother has had issues with her wrist pendant since installation. She has had a few false alarms just by moving her wrist. Another false alarm she was asked to remove batteries from base station, turn on & off all very consider a 84 year old. Luckily at the time she also had someone with her who was able to assist. But the latest failure,since recalibrating she fell over & the alarm didn’t even trigger. She is now unwilling to wear it & feels it was a waste of money.

The service didn't live up to the statements on the website. It took on average over 5 mins for someone to respond. The GO pendant failed to work at all and after 2 days of trying, I decided to return the items. It took ages for the return postage bag to arrive. All in all my experience was of a very substandard service. I have swapped to a different service and every response so far has been sub 45 secs, which is a big improvement, and more the level of service these alarms should provide

Promised a call within a day from Customer Services to sort the return of unneeded products before they were set up. Two days later, still no call.
