The service didn't live up to the statements on the website. It took on average over 5 mins for someone to respond. The GO pendant failed to work at all and after 2 days of trying, I decided to return the items. It took ages for the return postage bag to arrive. All in all my experience was of a very substandard service.
I have swapped to a different service and every response so far has been sub 45 secs, which is a big improvement, and more the level of service these alarms should provide
