Very efficient service - contacted them as wanted a SIM-based unit for my Mum - very helpful service over the phone to set up and arrived the next day - filled out the contact details online then literally plugged into the wall and popped the watch on Mum's wrist and we were good to go !! The test call was answered quickly and efficiently and have no worries now when Mum is on her own.
