Just purchased the GPS with fall detector for my mum. Excellent customer service. Very prompt replies to phone calls with sympathetic customer service folk who inspire confidence. The test runs suggest that prompt help would be summoned if the alarm was ever activated. The alarm cane without instructions for set up etc but hopefully these are now being sent out.
