Chances are that I am like a lot of people who have never used this type of service before so it was a bit daunting to hear Mother say she thought it time to get an alarm. But I didn't need to worry - every step of the way was easy to navigate. Even when Mother said she didn't want to wrist alarm that was sent but a pendant! Jenny was able to quickly send out a replacement which arrived next day. And the testing of the alarm was so reassuringly professional and friendly.
