Everyone I have spoken too has been so helpful, professional and understanding. I have inadvertently activated the alarm on three occasions and must say I am so impressed with the rapid response.
My only criticism is the black neck band which looks very ugly especially when wearing summer clothes.
I feel confident that should there ever be an emergency, I know I am in good hands. Thank you to the team who look after me.
