I am a repeat customer and have been very pleased with the service and the products purchased. I found the website a little confusing this time because the description of the ink cartridge didn’t specifically say compatible with my printer make and model. I think perhaps it did in the past. Not to worry though. I sent a query by email and got a helpful reply soon after. Postage, packaging and delivery information was very helpful. The ink cartridge’s performance is very good.
