Hello Its not that shocking. It is an automated system that sends an email after the order is marked as shipped. We shipped your order on the 23rd with Royal mail on a 48 hour tracked service. In most cases the order arrives before the review email. https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/IV329268335GB Unfortunately, it is possible your order has been delayed. Royal Mail have not updated the tracking since Friday, it could be lost or damaged. We will wait a couple more days and if the tracking does not change we will resend your order. Best regards Gavin

“Oswestry used to have a Cartridge World franchise shop, it was always a pleasure visiting. However, since the gentleman passed away last year, it has since closed. So I now use Cartridge World online. So far, everything has been excellent. Shame about the pricey postage and packaging but I will continue to use it for my compatible Brother Cartridges. Excellent service.”
