“Second-to-none customer service - my order had been lost in a very peculiar way by Royal Mail, and despite me being late reporting it, Cartridge World re-sent my order (before even knowing that RM would cough up for their error). CW took great care of the matter over the phone and were painstaking in trying to sort out the error. Such a refreshing experience - I will be back again and again to them. Thank you!”

“My first order with Cartridge World placed late in the afternoon around 4:30pm on Wednesday. Delivered via FedEx mid morning Friday so given where we live out in West Wales, I guess that is to be expected so no criticism really despite saying delivery in 24 hours.”
