“The toner cartridge that was ordered was not compatible with my printer, Amelia was really helpful and guided me to the correct one, which I ordered from yourselves, Amelia, arranged collection of the incorrect cartridge, and refund me.”

“Couldn't get cartridge to work. Agent helped me through resetting printer to try again but no success. A replacement cartridge was sent out the same day and arrived promptly. This worked fine after installation. Good result.”

“The cartridge arrived next day amd seems to work very well. It was to replace a poor quality cartridge provided by another company; they refused to replace it claiming it had been supplied by some other company.”
