“First time using Cartridge Wrold on-line. Good service and prompt deliery of the cartidges I needed. Took a bit of time to navigate the website to find the cartridges I need, as I have two printers which are both over ten years old. However, Cartiridge World have their own printer cartiridges for both available, which is excellent. No need to buty a new printer just because I can't get cartridges for it. So often there seems to be build in redundancy in products which forces you to purchase a new and usually worse product to replace a trusted workhorse. Long may Cartridge World continue to supply cartridges for old printers.”

“Ordered a twin pack of Canon black/colour compatible cartridges which arrived promptly. However the colour one is very poor and is not printing any blues, despite following the trouble shooting advice on the the instructions. Have emailed the company but no response yet. Pictures show a test print from the old cartridge (in blue) compared to the third print of the new one (in pink)”

“Disappointing. I am a new customer and the website stated first orders would get 10 percent discount. In checkout this wasn't added, but then there was another banner stating you could get 5 percent off if you added your mobile number. As I entered it - the order went through and I got charged without any discount.”

Hello Richard Thank you for your feedback however please note that if you signed up to received the discount code for your first purchase of Cartridge World own brand inks and toner cartridges you are required to enter the code at checkout. It is not an automatic discount. I can see from our system the item you ordered was a genuine Epson product and therefore does not qualify for the 10% off. With regards to the 5% off, that is a separate promotion run by Super Pay one of our payment processors and that is rewarded the next time you shop and use Super Pay as the payment method.
