“Received quickly and work perfectly well. Printer still says that I'm low of ink, so I won't know when these cartridges will be getting low until it runs out. Annoying.”

Tonight we will ship the correct Brother original cartridges via a courier and email a pre-paid postage label for the return of the incorrect cartridges. Again, sorry for the inconvenience. “The cartridge arived promptly but when I fitted it to the HPPhotosmart 385 there was an error code saying that the cartridge was faulty. I email cartridgeworld and they replied with cartridge reset instructions which were not included in the HP documents and it now works fine. Great service.”
