“Recently purchase a couple of the 301xl black cartridges which arrived on 24th March. It was a couple of days after receiving that I put one into my HP Deck jet 2540 prnter, only to have a problem faulty message appear on my computer. Phoned the company (26th) and spoken to a very helpful young man(sorry I'm terrible remembering names), the bottom line here is he organised an immeciate replace no questions asked. I have used this company now for quite a while and find I don't have any trouble reordering online. They mail ones order on Royal Mail 48hour tracker, which I find very handy. Good company to deal with I would highly recommend giving them a try if never used. NH”

“Very good service. My only small thing is that this is the first printer and the first time I have ordered a cartridge and I couldn't find any instructions on how to fit it. I did manage to, and I think i have done it ok. I have only printed once since and there is faint black lines across the paper.”

Hello Stephen Thank you for the feedback. I understand you have exchanged emails with Gavin and returing the cartridges as the printer you have is from overseas and therefore not compatible with UK toner cartridges. Best regards Charlotte
