“Competitive price, decent delievery schedule. However, the item was delievered but we didn't know it had been delivered. The package was left in a bin (that's ok), but we had no card through the door to tell us where it was, and we had no email or other notification to let us know it had been delivered and left somewhere.”

“I ordered two full sets of Black and colour for my HP Officejet 6500A plus. The two magenta cartridges are the wrong size, do not fit the printer. I am unable to get on with the print job I urgently needed the ink for.”
