“Sadly the cartridge I bought was in no way up to the standard of the genuine Canon cartridges. Since installing the black cartridge the print quality has been poor and full of lines and no amount of cleaning has fixed it. I removed it and put a genuine one in and its now perfect. I won't be using non-genuine cartridges again.”

Hello Julie Thank you for the feedback and sorry to read you have has some issues with the print quality. It sounds like you have unfortunately had some blocked or damaged nozzles which have caused those lines in the print. If you can send a picture of the cartridge to us at customerservice@cartridgeworld.co.uk I can either get a replacement shipped free of charge or process a full refund for you. “Generally a very good and speedy service although I am still awaiting this last order. It has been the weekend but I can't use my printer at present. Perhaps deliveries don't function on Saturday or Sunday. PS Cartridges delivered this morning by cheerful delivery man. He told me they do work Saturday mornings but clearly my order went in too late for that. Thank you.”
