Hello Lee Thanks for the feedback. We will email you to request a bit more information as you have not specified if it is one particular cartridge or if you are referring to all of the toners you purchased. If you have not been printing a lot it is possible that the page counter on a cartridge did not correctly reset and is not showing empty again. We can help you manually reset the counter so you can get printing again. Kind regards Charlotte
