Please can you email our customer service team on customerservice@cartridgeworld.co.uk and let us know which cartridges you have received in error so we can rectify this for you ASAP. With regards to delivery we can see that the order was not processed by Royal Mail as Tracked 24 and that is why the delivery was a day late. We will gladly refund the extra paid for next day delivery. Apologies for the inconvenience. We will wait to hear from you regarding the cartridges received. Kind regards CW

“Ordered catridges they arrive three days later by DPD. Normally them come by post and are put through the letter box. As I was out and so had to get the next day delivery by waiting in for driver. Happy with product although prices are creeping up like everthing else”
