“I was very pleased by the free shipping even on a package costing only around 30 pounds. This price for toner and a stack of paper was good, and it came in just a couple of days with standard shipping, which suited my needs just fine. If the toner works well over the coming months and I order again from Cartridge World, I expect to upgrade this to 5 stars in my next review, but I've only printed a few pages so far so I can't comment on the underlying product yet, aside from saying that it fit in my laserjet printer and printed successfully.”

“I was very grateful that one of your colleagues noticed that my initial order was incorrect - I meant to order an HP 303 XL black cartridge and an HP 303 colour cartridge, but made a stupid typo on the latter, inadvertently writing HP 305. He rang me up to check and corrected the order before it was sent out to me, so that I had the right cartridges for my HP Envy Photo printer. They arrived in perfect condition. And the installation of the black cartridge, which printed out beautifully, proved the end of rather a long battle with Microsoft to regain access to and control of my printer/scanner which had been disabled by recent updates to Windows 11. Regarding this problem it is worth knowing that it can only be resolved by using Microsoft copilot which can supply a special code and procedure to recover the printer functions. Best wishes, Pat.”

“Exemplary customer service, they went above and beyond to get the calculator to me in time for my son’s exam. There was a delay from the supplier which was not Cartridge World’s fault but they kept in touch and found a solution - calculator arrived in time. Thanks so much, I wouldn’t hesitate in ordering from you again, you are a shining example of good customer service, a company that genuinely cares about its customers.”
