“Easy to re-order my usual cartridges, CW own brand that work perfectly in my Eoson. I also ordered 120gsm papr as I couldn't find any in the shops. When it didn't arrive the same day as the cartridges, a quick phone call to CW revealed the package had been lost by DPD; a follow up email assured me a replacement had been ordered to arrive the next day, which it did. Extremely impressive and speedy resolution.”

Hello Marlene Thank you for your feedback. We do feel it is a little unfair given you have not paid for the cartridges and have an outstanding invoice. When you placed your order you incorrectly used our credit account checkout option but we honoured the order and shipped to you and informed you we would send an invoice. You contacted us to say the cartridges did not work and we pointed out that you had in fact purchased the incorrect cartridges for your printer. We agreed to you returning them in exchange for a set of the correct ink cartrdges. Today our we have received your returned cartridges, one used cartridge set and an unopened set. I believe we have been fair and made every effort to provide good service. Regards Gavin
