My order still has not arrived!!! Had to go to another supplier to order my ink and will just hope my Cartridge World delivery arrives sometime in the future.

Hello James Thank you for the feedback and we are sorry to hear that FedEx have still not delivered your order. Having shipped the order on the 14th on a next day delivery service we would have expected it to reach you by now. Hello Thank you for your feedback. Please can you email our customer service team on customerservice@cartridgeworld.co.uk and let us know which cartridges you have received in error so we can rectify this for you ASAP. With regards to delivery we can see that the order was not processed by Royal Mail as Tracked 24 and that is why the delivery was a day late. We will gladly refund the extra paid for next day delivery. Apologies for the inconvenience. We will wait to hear from you regarding the cartridges received. Kind regards CW

My cartridge did not work when installed into the printer. Very disappointing and a waste of money.

Good morning Lisa Thank you for your feedback. Please can you share with us some more details on your cartridge problems so we can help resolve by way of replacements or refund. We have not received anything from you to date but would love to help and get you printing again. If you could email with a description of the error messages we can help. Sometimes your printer will have trouble recognising cartridges if you change multiple cartridges at the same time. Please follow the below steps to perform a hard reset: Remove the new cartridge(s) which are not being recognised or showing low ink. If you still have the old cartridges reinstall them in the printer. Any error messages should go and the printer should revert back to a low ink warning With the printer on and in a ready state remove the power lead. DO NOT switch off the printer just remove the power lead. Leave without power for 3 – 4 minutes. Towards the end of this time hold down the printer power button for 30 seconds. Plug the lead back into the printer and it will switch itself back on. Once it has finished calibrating and is in a ready state, install the first new cartridge that requires changing. If you need to change all colours start with the Black After installing a new cartridge close the printer and let it calibrate/accept the new cartridge before installing the next. This method resolves most cartridge recognition/low ink problems however should it persist, please email a picture of the error message and we can ship replacements or arrange a return for a refund. I am still waiting for Cartridge World to explain why the WRONG Printer Cartridges were sent. I am unable to send a photo or video review.

Good morning Christine Thank you for your feedback. Gavin who was dealing with your emails was away from the office yesterday so apologies for not dealing with your query as quickly as we normally would. I believe a pre-paid returns label has been emailed to facilitate the return of the cartridges so we can process a refund. As this is a tracked service if you email customerservice@cartridgeworld.co.uk once posted I can process the refund ahead of the cartridges been received as we will have proof of postage. This will speed up your refund by a couple of days. Kind regards Charlotte
