I ordered 2 printer cartridges. Because I was not home, your delivery firm left them at another address which happened to be vacant withut specifying the address. It seems like someone found them and threw them into a nearby public park. They were recovered in a very dirty condition by two hospital workers and returned to me two days later. You have supplied me with two replacement cartridges which were delivered without problem.

The 603 recommended original Epson cartridge @ £19 for only one black cartridge, did not fit properly and was empty after printing the print alignment 😩

This is the first and probably the last time I will use Cartridge world. I brought a new cartridge on the understanding it would be here in 2 days time. I'm now on day 6 and have still not received it. I work from home so have been here every week day and Fed-ex still fail to deliver it. You try and log into there site and the tracking information is useless and they've removed the ability to sign for it online meaning they can't just leave it on the doorstep. Fed-ex apparently are going to deliver it again tomorrow but I won't hold my breathe. I'm sure you're not the only people to sell what I want. Updated This issue waass resolved 10 minutes after I posted the above. Gavin from Cartridge World called me and gauranteed me, that I would have the product that I wanted the next morning and that it would be dispatched through a different courier. True to his word it was. Thank you Gavin, your customer service was brilliant.

After fitting the cartridges (paid more for HP compatible) the black cartridge is leaching colour now smears onto the roller and the other colours are misaligned and won’t calibrate. They are also very faint. What I believed to be a high quality product has turned out to be defective.

I needed ink urgently, so I paid for next day delivery. That never happened. I contacted customer service & they refunded my next day charge. I have now received notification from royal mail it will now be delivered tomorrow sat 22nd, four days later. I have missed my deadline because of your incompetence. Many thanks from a very angry customer

Hi Craig Thanks for your feedback however we would just like to make it clear that you ordered at 17.24 on the 19th which is past our cut off for next day delivery so your order was not going to be shipped until the 20th. I understand that it was shipped on a tracked service however in error the warehouse shipped on a 48 hour and once we were aware we promptly refunded the delivery charge. We do apologise for the inconvenience but mistakes unfortunately do happen from time to time. As a gesture of goodwill I have added a £5 store credit to your account should you wish to place another order in the future. Kind regards Charlotte

Hello Michael Your feedback is a little unfair as it is not truthful. We did not blame you, we merely shared a copy of your order confirmation which shows you had ordered the incorrect cartridges. We are more than happy for you to send them back for a refund or credit to use against the purchase of the correct cartridges. We will not ship the original order again as it is incorrect and will only result in you receiving the wrong cartridges again. Regards Gavin

These cartridges are twice more expensive than the competitors which is why I thought they would work. They do not! HP blocked the cartridges as the chip is non-hp. Unfortunately the customer service is desperately delayed and lacking.

Printing with a Canon TS5150, after replacing ink with replacement black and colour cartridges from Cartridge World Ink, the printing is now very faint, tried the deep clean facility on my printer and re alignmrnt of printer heads to no avail not happy

Usually very good but this time I was sent the wrong printer cartridge. Very similar but not the right number Myself or my son could not fit it. My printer is a Canon TS3150 and l wanted a black cartridge

Hello Robert Thank you for your feedback. Having looked into your order I can see you ordered the original Canon PG-540 ink cartridge which is the incorrect cartridge for your TS3150 inkjet printer. We did provide images from Google maps of the lane and limited sign posts but I still think the driver found it difficult to locate as it is mostly single track. Initially my Canon printer would not accept your cartridge. I had never had a problem in the past, with other suppliers of remanufactured cartridges. After contacting you to complain about this, I did receive instructions as to how to make it accept the cartridge, which did fortunately work. However, I could find no reference as to how much ink your 560XL cartridge contained, whilst other suppliers do show the ml content.

It is not working in my printer. Message saying, cartridge not inserted properly, please re-insert. After 6 or 7 more attempts, the same message appears each time. It appears to me that this cartridge is incompatible with my printer.

I bought 3 toner cartridges, black, yellow and magenta for an HP Color Laserjet 2600n printer. They were all DEFECTIVE. I paid nearly £300. I would like my money back. I have tried phoning customer services - they, so far, are proving to be as useful as the cartridges. I would NOT recommend cartridge World
