I ordered 2 printer cartridges. Because I was not home, your delivery firm left them at another address which happened to be vacant withut specifying the address. It seems like someone found them and threw them into a nearby public park. They were recovered in a very dirty condition by two hospital workers and returned to me two days later.
You have supplied me with two replacement cartridges which were delivered without problem.
