Asking for feedback when I am still waiting for the product to be delivered after waiting a week is a bit of a no in my opinion

Hello Iain Thank you for the feedback however the FedEx tracking shows this as delivered but possibly to a neighbour. Having used CW for several years I have now stopped. The problem was the cartridges did not fit. They were handed ie the design of the real ones was slightly to one side - CW's were slightly to the other. Previously, years ago, they did not work at all so I sent them back but never go a refund. So I explained to your salesman that it was all very well them being cheaper but if they did not work what's the point?

Hello Peter Thank you for the feedback however I think you may have mixed us up with another reseller. We only have one order on our system for you and that is for Canon original cartridges. We have never supplied you with our own brand compatible inks. We have no returns request or authorisations and no call records. If you can provide an order number for the order you mention above which you have not received a refund for I will investigate but I suspect it was made with a different company. The Toner for my Brother Laser Printer was excellent. However, the two cartridges for my Inkjet Printer did not work at all - even though my Canon printer appeared to recognise them.

Sadly the cartridge I bought was in no way up to the standard of the genuine Canon cartridges. Since installing the black cartridge the print quality has been poor and full of lines and no amount of cleaning has fixed it. I removed it and put a genuine one in and its now perfect. I won't be using non-genuine cartridges again.

It sounds like you have unfortunately had some blocked or damaged nozzles which have caused those lines in the print. If you can send a picture of the cartridge to us at customerservice@cartridgeworld.co.uk I can either get a replacement shipped free of charge or process a full refund for you. Kind regards Charlotte

Not at all impressed by the speed of response following a complaint I made about a leaking Epsom ink cartridge which leaked black ink inside my Epsom printer. Still waiting 26 days later….

Cartridge and toner of good quality and delivered as scheduled. However, cartridge was faulty as supplied - the printer would not recognise it as being full. Had to dismantle the gear housing of the cartridge to reset the "empty" flag for it to work.

Hello, Thank you so much for the feedback. The cartridge was not faulty, it's just sometimes there is an issue for both Brother original and after market cartridges where the page counter is not reset. If you could please send us you printer model we can provide some instructions on how to reset the page counter via the printer so you will not be required to take cartridges apart to reset it. The delivery was swift and well managed. The printer will not work with the drum supplied and therefore the toner has not been used.

Hello Peter Thank you for contacting us. Please can you confirm your printer model and email a picture of the cartridges installed in the printer to customerservice@cartridgeworld.co.uk so we can investigate further. The only way the cartridges would 'jam' the carriage is if they are not installed correctly and therefore catching the inside of the printer. Kind regards Charlotte

Hello Anthony Thank you for the feedback. We can see from the FedEx tracking that they made 3 delivery attempts. Two attempts on the 22nd May at 11.38am and 13.34pm. A further delivery attempt was made on the 23rd May at 9.30am. Please check your spam or junk folder of your email client for our shipping emails as they do provide the tracking information. The consignment has been returned to us and arrived yesterday evening. We will reship this evening for delivery tomorrow. Kind regards Charlotte

on 11th may 2024 I received an email from no- reply @royalmail.com that my item would be delivered 0n 12th may 2024 around 7.30am. But I receive the above item on 17th may 2024 (i.e 5 days later) You certainly need to improve on timings of your delivery service.

Hello Madan Thank you for the feedback on Royal Mail's service, unfortunately we have no influence on their delivery timings but we do apologise if you feel they have not met your delivery expectations this time. We have checked the tracking (link below) and we can see that the delivery was made on Sunday the 12th May and they have included a picture of the order in the letterbox. https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/MZ148849519GB Could this have possibly been a neighbour's door and the neighbour did not post through you door until the 17th which resulted in the later than expected delivery? Good morning Donna Thanks for your feedback. Your order was shipped on the 3rd and the FedEx tracking shows that they have made two delivery attempts on the 7th (13.24pm) and 8th (15.47pm). Despite living close to Stratford upon Avon, I was totally unable to find any evidence of the advertsed presence at 31 Greenhill Street, Stratford. Does it actually exist?

Hello. Thank you for your feedback. We do not have a store in Stratford Upon Avon and there has not been a store in that area for a long time. We are not sure which advertised presence you are referring to as we do not list the store on our website. Unfortunately, over time many online directories such as Yell or Cyclex incorrectly list businesses that have closed or relocated. Members of the public are often free to create listings on local businesses so the information is not always accurate or curated to ensure it is up to date. Nothing the matter with ordering or the product. It’s the terrible awful service that FedEx provides. It’s impossible to track the item. They say they’re coming one day and they come another day. They don’t give definitive timelines of when they’re going to deliver. The timeline is 12 hours and then they don’t turn up why you don’t use a decent delivery company I really don’t know. It’s the worst service I’ve ever ever ever in my life experienced and I certainly won’t be using you again.
