“Ordered 3 items, only 2 arrived (in separate packages). Still waiting on 3rd item, have emailed support but no reply. Reem of A4 paper came with the package damaged & torn in multiple places, as if it's been tampered with. Not professional at all & will definitely not be using this site again!”

“Good price and very fast delivery. Shame the price jumped up by almost 40% a couple of days later. Also, the reptitive nag screens to sign up and order ink/cartridges etc are quite annoying.”

The price increase was due to Brother changing their internal promotions and price support. Unfortunately the A gRade products are linked to the normal retail so when they amend the cost price for the normal product this affects the A Grade. Kind regards, Charlotte
