“Not obvious that I was purchasing a cartridge that wasn't new so surprised when the box came opened. The sales rep replied promptly and kindly explained the "B" grade catagorisation, but through a copied description that wasn't on that cartridge at the point of sale. They advised that the discount should have represented that the cartridges were different but I have no tech experience and the one I purchased was on offer. I hope there are no issues as it was purchased for a charity rather than myself and I was intending to avoid this type of situation by trying to buy from somewhere more reputable than Amazon...”

“Very good service and prompt delivery. Only suggestion would be around the delivery notification. I had a message from Royal Mail saying my parcel coming from Ingram Micro UK was on its way. I had no idea who Ingram Micro was/is so I didn't know it was the printer cartridges.”

“Purchased ink for my hp printer which I’d previously had an instant ink subscription. I had concerns if they would be compatible but I needn’t had worried they worked perfectly. The whole process from selecting cartridges to order receipt was straight forward and timely.”
