“Ordered two laser cartridges late in the afternoon with free delivery. Couldn't believed it when they arrived next day. Tremendous service. I never normally give reviews but I thought this kind of service really deserved it.”

Hello Michelle Thank you for the feedback however I can see from the DPD tracking they have made two delivery attempts which were unsuccessful. If you use this link https://track.dpdlocal.co.uk/parcels/15504366624076*21324 you can enter your details and re-arrange the delivery for a suitable date when you will be in to take delivery. “Excellent customer service. My cartridge arrived damaged so I sent an email with photos attached of the damage. They replied the very next morning to say that a replacement had been sent out. The replacement arrived the next day. Not used the cartridge yet as my previous one hasn't totally expired yet, but I'm sure it will be fine if the customer service is anytime to go by. Thank you very much”

“I needed to replace my ink cartridges as I'd cancelled my HP ink subscripion (it wasn't cost effective anymore) not realising that the printer would stop printing, not allowing me to use ink remaining in the printer! I came to Cartridge World as their prices were very resonable and I also got a 10% discount - Delivery was quick, with instructions on how to install (DO read as it's very useful) Printer works fine and I'm pleased with quality. I did buy the XL Duo pack - black (20ml) & colour (18ml) so hopefully will last a while :-)”
