If you use this link https://track.dpdlocal.co.uk/parcels/15504366624076*21324 you can enter your details and re-arrange the delivery for a suitable date when you will be in to take delivery. “Excellent customer service. My cartridge arrived damaged so I sent an email with photos attached of the damage. They replied the very next morning to say that a replacement had been sent out. The replacement arrived the next day. Not used the cartridge yet as my previous one hasn't totally expired yet, but I'm sure it will be fine if the customer service is anytime to go by. Thank you very much”
