“Royal Mail delivered the parcel to wrong address and I had no way of knowing where it was. A very helpful and pleasant man in Customer Services (sorry didn't catch his name) looked up the picture from RM and using streetview and Goggle maps, identified where it was. The house to which it had been delivered is unoccupied so I would have had no chance of finding it myself. I was very grateful!”

“Easy to order from the website. Toner cartridge is twice the capacity of the Brother original at half the price, and came well boxed too. My first order so had a 10% first-order discount and a free pen. Unit was a direct drop in replacement and works well. Thanks very much from a happy customer. Delivery was a day later than indicated, but it seemed to get stuck at the regional depot, so that was a courier issue.”
