“when delivered the driver just left my parcel outside. it had been left out side for 2 or 3 days any nobody knew when it arrived, he/she didn't bother ringing the bell to let anyone know his arrived. my parcel was soaking wet.”

“Toner delivered when we were not at the office, left in the rain & packaging ripped open, it got soaked - reported to Charlotte who said she would speak to the courier & later promised replacements (not yet received)”
