Hi Kim Thank you for the feedback. The tracking shows that Royal Mail made a number of attempts however the details are a bit odd given they state on some days no anwser and on the same day state the address was no accessible. We have passed our comments on their service back to our Account Manager. “I think I have used Cartridgeworld for 20 years! Superb service, rapid delivery and own brand ink refills for my Canon printer are indistinguishable from Canon branded goods and are far better value. In early days we were able to recycle the cartridges but sadly, this is no longer a facility. We often get a free pen with our delivery!”

“Royal Mail delivered the parcel to wrong address and I had no way of knowing where it was. A very helpful and pleasant man in Customer Services (sorry didn't catch his name) looked up the picture from RM and using streetview and Goggle maps, identified where it was. The house to which it had been delivered is unoccupied so I would have had no chance of finding it myself. I was very grateful!”
