“It was the first time I'd ordered a toner cartridge for my fairly new printer. In error I ordered a drum but Cartridge World rang me to check if this was right. I actually needed a cartridge so they fully refunded me and I ordered the correct item. It came promptly by Royal Mail leaving ne highly satisfied.”

“Hi Ordered replacement cartridges ( full set) last Thursday ( needed for a Print job ) with a preium paid for next day delivery Friday. No ink on Friday, Saturday. Monday and thus far on Tuesday at 12:00 hence the one star rating Alan Mc Killen Bangor Northern Ireland”
