“Of four cartridges bought, two are ok and similar to those previously obtained. The other two are to a different design possibly older and may be difficult to use. One of these two is broken and unusable. I shall try a different supplier in future.”

“Very impressed. This was my first time using non-genuine cartridges. So far so good, no issues at all. The price is way less than half of what genuine cartridges would cost. I also like that the pack contained 2 black cartridges and one each of CMY.”

“Very easy to navigate website and place an order. Only problem I encountered was that one toner cartridge was missing from order when delivered but after speaking to Charlotte this was delivered the next day. Thank you for that.”

“Sorry but my experience with Cartridge World has been very frustrating. I ordered 4 packs of compatable inks which I found not suitable for my printer - which I accept as my fault, but when I tried to process a return - it repeatedly informed me that I had not set up an account therefore no order was recorded - not so as I had received a confirmation email from Cartridge World that an account was in place. This has considerably held up my need for ink so I have had no alternative but to seek another supplier - who was much cheaper than Cartridge World. I have still to return the wrong inks to receive payment. I thank Ainsley for trying to help me.”

“Easy to order and arrived quickly. Perhaps a little early to really tell if ink is as good as branded, but printer doesn't seem to have noticed the difference! A black and white photograph printed out just fine. Haven't tried colour yet.”

“A very good service. I wanted a computer tower case quickly i.e. overnight delivery and was glad to find that a suitable case was available here at a competitive price and also with several options on delivery. I chose the before 12 service and was glad to receive a DPD delivery at around 8am next morning. So all was done efficiently and their website also had a helpful chat service which gave me the correct ordering procedure.”
