“Excellent service. Our local branch closed, which was sad as they were always so helpful and friendly. Because of this, Cartridge World was the first place I looked online for replacement toner. The site was easy to navigate, the prices reasonable, and the delivery very fast. They even included a bar of chocolate in the package - which was a nice, heart-warming surprise. I recommend them, 100%.”

“Very quick and efficient service and fair prices for non-brand laser toner. Would have been 5 stars if box had included basic instructions as I don't need to replace my cartridges very often so I end up having to dig out my printer manual to check the procedure.”

“My recent order took far too long to be fulfilled, shipped and delivered. I operate a "just in time" ordering preference and due to length of time before my order was received I had to purchase my replacemnt ink locally! As the price diferential was marginal your on line service may no longer be my preferred purchase provider. Other on line providers offer monetary compensation for late arrival of goods. Perhaps this is something you need to consider in oreder to retain your customers. Very disappointed in the recent service!”

Hi Penny, Thanks for your feedback, and I’m sorry for the delay of your recent order. I completely understand how inconvenient this is, especially when you rely on just-in-time ordering. As your order was shipped from England to Northern Ireland, deliveries can unfortunately take longer due to the additional customs and courier checks. While we dispatch orders promptly, these processes can extend delivery times once the parcel leaves us and these delays are beyond our control. Your point about compensation for delays is noted, you selected the free shipping option at checkout but if you had paid extra for a delivery service we would have refunded that as a gesture of goodwill.
