Hello Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear you have had an issue with the cartridge supplied. One of our team has emailed you the below. Please can you confirm your printer model so we can double check the correct cartridge was ordered and delivered. May I also check that you have removed the protective tape from the cartridge prior to installing, this will be a blue translucent strip? Some customers fail to do this. Please follow the below steps to perform a hard reset, when it comes to installing new cartridges sometimes a printer will retain information from an old cartridge and this results in the new cartridge being rejected. Remove the new cartridge(s) which is/are not being recognized. If you still have the old colour cartridge reinstall it into the printer. Any error messages should go and the printer should revert back to a low ink / toner warning With the printer on and in a ready state remove the power lead. DO NOT switch off the printer just remove the power lead. Leave without power for 3 – 4 minutes. Towards the end of this time hold down the printer power button for 30 seconds. Plug the lead back into the printer and it will switch itself back on. Once it has finished calibrating and is in a ready state, install the first new cartridge that requires changing. If you need to change all colours start with the Black After installing a new cartridge close the printer and let it calibrate/accept the new cartridge before installing the next. This method resolves most cartridge recognition problems however should it persist please email a picture cartridge and a picture of any error messages you see. I can then arrange the shipment of a replacement if required. Kind regards Charlotte
