“The Cartidge World shop in my home town had closed down so ordering off the web held a few worries for me as apposed to collecting off the shelf ‘downtown’. My experience now is that I’d go nowhere else since the toner cartridge arrived in double quick time and at a price that couldn’t be beaten elsewhere.”

“I needed ink urgently, so I paid for next day delivery. That never happened. I contacted customer service & they refunded my next day charge. I have now received notification from royal mail it will now be delivered tomorrow sat 22nd, four days later. I have missed my deadline because of your incompetence. Many thanks from a very angry customer”

Hi Craig Thanks for your feedback however we would just like to make it clear that you ordered at 17.24 on the 19th which is past our cut off for next day delivery so your order was not going to be shipped until the 20th. I understand that it was shipped on a tracked service however in error the warehouse shipped on a 48 hour and once we were aware we promptly refunded the delivery charge. We do apologise for the inconvenience but mistakes unfortunately do happen from time to time. As a gesture of goodwill I have added a £5 store credit to your account should you wish to place another order in the future. Kind regards Charlotte
