“Needed Maintenance Box for Epson ET-3750 (news to me that I would need such a thing) unable to find on Epson's own website. Cartridge World looked the best place. Got it within 2 days, works just fine, price also good. Very happy.”

“My order of ink bottles and maintenance box arrived with the black ink bottle bing half the volume ordered and paid for. Trying to sort this out was difficult and problematic. I was not sent ink to replace or make up the volume and the refund provided was less than the value of the missing ink! Charlotte understood my grievance and the refund was increased slightly but seemed begrudging. Also, if I hadn’t checked my order then the shortfall (if it was an error) would never have been detected.”

“Very good. Rang and spoke to man who explained everything about Epson cartridges. Ordered over phone and delivered immediately. Can't give 5 stars because I haven't used them yet. I assume they'll be fine, we used Brother for years and never had a problem.”

“To be honest I bought from the site that had the lowest price for what I wanted, it just happened to be Cartridge World but I would definitely use again as they sent the order really quickly. I had bought a new printer and thought I would use official inks to start with, I will probably switch to compatible versions later and will certainly check out the price on Cartridge World before buying.”

“Not obvious that I was purchasing a cartridge that wasn't new so surprised when the box came opened. The sales rep replied promptly and kindly explained the "B" grade catagorisation, but through a copied description that wasn't on that cartridge at the point of sale. They advised that the discount should have represented that the cartridges were different but I have no tech experience and the one I purchased was on offer. I hope there are no issues as it was purchased for a charity rather than myself and I was intending to avoid this type of situation by trying to buy from somewhere more reputable than Amazon...”
