“I've used Cartridge World a few times to order toner for my laser jet printer. Last week I made a mistake with my order and the team in the office were able to rectify it immediately, with a simple phone call and follow up email. The team are really helpful and the own brand cartridges work well in my years old printer. Would highly recommend this company for their products and their customer service.”

“I've recently purchased 2 x 560 & 1 x 561 cartridges from you for my Canon TS3530, THESE CARTRIDGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED BY MY PRINTER. I've followed your advice recieved from Helen y taking the lead & cartidges out for 15 m9nutes, but STILL NOT WORKING. So I have 3 unused cartidgeson my hands. My IT consultant has tried but to no avail, in future i';; only buy Canon cartridges, you really shouldn't sell cartridges that dont work especially on Canon, Maybe others do.”
