“Printer cartridge: I previously gave a lower score bc of a broken cartridge however CW were v speedy in responding & replacing it & I suspect it was in part due to Postal Office rough handling. This would be a 5 except the packing envelope seems quite flimsy. But well done CW for swift & positive response to complaint.”

“I have just opened the package of my recently ordered, & recd y’day of 2 cartridges. Unfortunately I have already given post office 10 for swift & efficient delivery before opening. However on opening the package, i find the black cartridge is in bits! The colour appears to be intact. Have to say, I’m pretty annoyed given I had planned to complete a quite urgent piece of work inc printing on Monday. I await your response. Regards Dominica”
