“Initially, I had ordered the wrong cartridge and so had to contact Cartridge World and arrange a return. This was made very easy and painless and a refund was quickly forthcoming. The cartridge I ordered arrived promptly and well packaged and all works well. All in all a great service.”

“Recieved 3 out of 4 cartridges no explantation or cover letter to explain why, so I had to call to find out why not a full order, was soon sorted fast and effeciently by telpehone and another was sent when it came into the wearhouse it arrived days later.”

“Having used CW for several years I have now stopped. The problem was the cartridges did not fit. They were handed ie the design of the real ones was slightly to one side - CW's were slightly to the other. Previously, years ago, they did not work at all so I sent them back but never go a refund. So I explained to your salesman that it was all very well them being cheaper but if they did not work what's the point?”

Hello Peter Thank you for the feedback however I think you may have mixed us up with another reseller. We only have one order on our system for you and that is for Canon original cartridges. We have never supplied you with our own brand compatible inks. We have no returns request or authorisations and no call records. If you can provide an order number for the order you mention above which you have not received a refund for I will investigate but I suspect it was made with a different company. “a bit strange that i have given 5 stars as the parcel did not arrive within 24 hours! the courier used apparantly dropped the parcel off at a different postcode. BUT after sales were straight on to it i did notask but i got my surcharge back well done. and a new parcel shipped straight away. but then the parcel turned up by another shipper! So not good that I did not receive the goods on time but good after sales service could not have been more helpful. i hope and trust that the cartridges are as good!!”

“Ordered two Cartidge World cartridges for my Brother printer at 12:43 on Monday. The order was shipped within two hours and received at the Amazon drop off (local post office) withinh two days (Wednsday 13:28), P&P FOC. Informative emails supplied by Cartridge Worls and Royal Mail at each stage of the trackable journey. Great value cartridges compared with he manufacturer's branded products.”

“Excellent service. Upon recieving an incorrect cartridge, I telephoned CartidgeWorld, returned the incorrect cartridge by Royal Mail and recieved the correct cartridge within three days. Keep up the good working. JimM.”

“I can only connect on the woeking or 1 cartridge to date from 8 ordered/receive. A black cartridge as part of a set of 4 came well packaged within 3 working days (as expected. Item is Woking well and I amm pleased with transaction . I have used this supplier before and not been surprised disappointed”
