“I have just opened the package of my recently ordered, & recd y’day of 2 cartridges. Unfortunately I have already given post office 10 for swift & efficient delivery before opening. However on opening the package, i find the black cartridge is in bits! The colour appears to be intact. Have to say, I’m pretty annoyed given I had planned to complete a quite urgent piece of work inc printing on Monday. I await your response. Regards Dominica”

“The service overall has been excellent, and I really appreciate the quality and support provided. The only area I feel could improve is communication. At times, it would be helpful to receive quicker updates, for example, knowing exactly when a cartridge has been sent or receiving more prompt replies to queries. This would make the already great service even better”

“Ordered a set of ink cartridges for my Brother MFC-J5730DW. While they arrived on time, only the Black ink cartridge works and is recognised by the Printer. The Magenta ink cartridge was not recognised. I did not open the Cyan or Yellow as they are the same sized cartridges. On the website it stated these cartrdiges are compatible with my printer. they are not. Refund please!”

“I was really pleased with the service and when I requested a tax invoice it was sent to me the same day And price of the ink cartridges I received I was very happy with. Will use Cartridge World again.”

“delivery was this week (sept 2025) … the main black cartridge expired in 2023 and the colour cartridges expired july 2025. selling expired cartridges is outrageous and likely fraudulent. i will not be a customer again. the printer doesnt like them and is refusing to work. crooks!”

Hello John Thank you for the feedback. Please email customerservice@cartridgeworld.co.uk and we can help resolve this for you. If you could send some pictures of the cartridges received I will check the cartridge dates. If these are remanufactured cartridges the dates may well be the original HP dates however in most cases these are filed off. Possibly something missed on a batch during production. The other thing to consider is that not all dates on cartridges are expiry, some manufacturers put on production dates. Which ever it is we can fix it for you. “I was disapointed when the local Cartridge World stores disappeared but have to say the experience of using Cartiridge World online was first class. The web site ordering was very slick and the laser toner cartridges arrived promptly. Unfortunately one of them was faulty but customer services (Gavin) was very helpful and facilitated a replacement within 24 hours. How companies deal with problems is always a good measure of reliabilty - I was very impressed.”
