A rare REAL example of customer service! In a hurry I ordered some toner for my laser machine (or so I thought). Turns out I had ordered a replacement drum, the team at CW spotted this and suspected my error. Phoned me the next day and corrected the order giving me a slightly more expensive toner cartridge at no extra charge. I will be using cartridge world again! Shame the branches have closed.
