I've order cartridges with you for several years, however this last order was for two black H 364XLLBK cartridges and only one was usable. The other did not print at all and appears to be empty. I've advised Charlotte of this and requested a replacement cartridge. All other business with yourselves hjas been perfecly satisfactory
