a bit strange that i have given 5 stars as the parcel did not arrive within 24 hours! the courier used apparantly dropped the parcel off at a different postcode. BUT after sales were straight on to it i did notask but i got my surcharge back well done. and a new parcel shipped straight away. but then the parcel turned up by another shipper! So not good that I did not receive the goods on time but good after sales service could not have been more helpful. i hope and trust that the cartridges are as good!!
