I am very happy with Cartridge World’s Customer Service. The only reason I have given them 4 Stars is because my colour cartridge I desperately needed was faulty. As soon as I highlighted the issue they were quick to respond, sending me out a replacement almost immediately. I haven’t tried the replacement yet but I am confident it will work. If not I will let them know and I am confident they will replace it for me.
