We tried to order flexible trim online, using photos of the different wood finishes, but the colour match was terrible. Cayrus exchanged the trim after taking a sample of our flooring and helping us to do a colour match. Our cynical expectations of customer service were far exceeded by this level of help and it was a relief for us to know that we had got the best colour match available. Thanks Cayrus.
