“I came across this company when looking for a threshold ramp to go between a wood floor and a tiled porch, where the width ofthe threshold was longer than the normal 900mm length of products commonly sold. This company offered a 3m long one. However, the delivery charge imposed by the courier was very high, and Sabrina in the office was really good in helping find a solution that worked for me. this involved cutting the threshold into two 1200mm lengths and shipping those (with the extra piece) thus incurring a much lower and affordable shipping charge. Sabrina was excellent in keeping me informed about the progress of my order, even confirming when the courier had advised expected delivery dates. Lastly, when the package arrived it had been very carefully and securely packed, and suffered no damage en route. I will be coming back to this company for other thresholds I need in the future, because the customer service is so good, as well as product prices being competitive.”

“I recently bought two thresholds and a stair nosing from Cayrus, and they literally went above and beyond. I had a very tight schedule with lots of unexpected problems and one of them was not being able to find a matching colour for the floor we already had in the property. Sabrina went above and beyond where she even went to get a sample for my flooring to find the perfect colour match. The quality of the materials are amazing and the order I ordered yesterday arrived today at 14:00. It has been super quick and easy transaction for me. Thank you”

“All good items as described and speedy delivery only downside was needed 3x3M strips and only 2 in stock so had to purchase an additional 3x1M strips -other than that all very straight forward -Thankyou”
