“No issue with sample, but £4 delivery charge for the 5cm "free" sample weighing 8g is excessive considering It didn't arrive until the 4th working day after placing the order.”

“The company despatched my item with speed and efficiency, it was exactly what was needed for the job, unfortunately the courier decided to bend it in transit which obviously needed straightening on the job, no fault of the company whatsoever.”
