Asked for order cancellation 5 minutes after making the order on a Saturday. Two days later on Monday I called 3 times in the morning, no one picked up. I left voicemails also. Midday on Monday you processed the order still and have not even returned communications. Genuinely the worst consumer experience I have had in several years.

I paid for nx day delivery it arrived late when I phoned the lady who is apparently the owner to Sabrina Janik refused to reimburse my nx day delivery costs & told me to read the T&C small print she was aggressive & blunt I try to calmly explain that I have paid for an extra service promoted on your web site which was not fulfilled she still refused . RUDE POOR SERVICE

Diabolical delivery service FedX - package still not delivered - note left for driver - now told I have to pick up from their depot - a sixty mile round trip !!! Please contact me to discuss ASAP
