Friendly enough when looking to get the charger installed albeit my install date was pushed back but okay that could happen. After having my charger was installed (Indra) seemed ok but developed a fault. In short the aftercare (at least my experience) has been appalling. Calling into support rarely gets answered. The handful off times it has been it's someone from a different department they take a message but no call back. Its been 3weeks since my charger fault was reported and the issue is still outstanding. The ongoing chasing for updates continues - Don't expect them to proactively provide updates.
