“was kept up to date with progress for the install and even when a change had to be made due to availability of installer. installation on the day was quick and very precise as it was all discussed prior to the work being started with the tech who explained exactly what he was going to do and agreed with me where he was going to position the unit”
“What a terrible service
i started my 'application' (in my mind started the ordering process) in November 2020.
After hearing nothing for weeks (take this as a standard customer service response) I contacted ChargedEV to find out what was going on, to be informed that they had cancelled the process!! No idea why and not at my request, so had to start again.
At their review I had to have an isolator switch installed which was done by my provider, and following that ChargedEV confirmed that all was ok and that the scheduling team would contact me - nothing back
It has now been 17 day since my ‘application’ was passed to the ChargedEV servicing team- nothing back
I have put in numerous calls to ChargedEV and am met with an information black hole, simply being told that it is with scheduling, not once have they called me.
Whist I appreciate, and am myself concerned about the April deadline for grants, and given that ChargedEV have not been taking no new customers for some time, and that ChargedEV introduced a delay by cancelling my application first time round without informing me, that I still have not received a time slot to have our charger installed or any communication from them other than replies to my email that it is with scheduling
I am losing faith with ChargedEV, and expect another generic message about it being with scheduling, or that there is lots of demand.
I can only summarise that ChargedEV seem to have a terrible 'application' process where they feel it OK to cancel without telling you; an horrendous customer service black hole and a one-way communication valve installed where you put in questions and get - nothing back
An applauding service, I would never have used them had I known this in advance, and would recommend that you find another provider, as ChargedEV seem unable to provide anything”
“Friendly enough when looking to get the charger installed albeit my install date was pushed back but okay that could happen.
After having my charger was installed (Indra) seemed ok but developed a fault. In short the aftercare (at least my experience) has been appalling.
Calling into support rarely gets answered. The handful off times it has been it's someone from a different department they take a message but no call back.
Its been 3weeks since my charger fault was reported and the issue is still outstanding. The ongoing chasing for updates continues - Don't expect them to proactively provide updates.”

No wonder EO have pulled the contract to use them.

“Take your money, do the installation & that’s it as far as they’re concerned. Forget trying to email or call them after that, customer service is something they have never learned. Absolutely terrible, avoid at all costs.”
“Poor customer service. Paid for survey, chased for installation date for 2 weeks, 4 promises of callbacks which never happened, finally told us they couldn’t install for a reason that was evident on the initial survey. Survey fee was refunded.
Waste of time.”
“In March 2019 applied for this Ev charging unit from ChargedEV just had it fitted for the first time on 27th of July 2019 called them 8 times on Monday the 29th July 2019 to complain each time I called the call centre they said we will call you back and never do. What a rubbish company keep away.”
