What a terrible service
i started my 'application' (in my mind started the ordering process) in November 2020.
After hearing nothing for weeks (take this as a standard customer service response) I contacted ChargedEV to find out what was going on, to be informed that they had cancelled the process!! No idea why and not at my request, so had to start again.
At their review I had to have an isolator switch installed which was done by my provider, and following that ChargedEV confirmed that all was ok and that the scheduling team would contact me - nothing back
It has now been 17 day since my ‘application’ was passed to the ChargedEV servicing team- nothing back
I have put in numerous calls to ChargedEV and am met with an information black hole, simply being told that it is with scheduling, not once have they called me.
Whist I appreciate, and am myself concerned about the April deadline for grants, and given that ChargedEV have not been taking no new customers for some time, and that ChargedEV introduced a delay by cancelling my application first time round without informing me, that I still have not received a time slot to have our charger installed or any communication from them other than replies to my email that it is with scheduling
I am losing faith with ChargedEV, and expect another generic message about it being with scheduling, or that there is lots of demand.
I can only summarise that ChargedEV seem to have a terrible 'application' process where they feel it OK to cancel without telling you; an horrendous customer service black hole and a one-way communication valve installed where you put in questions and get - nothing back
An applauding service, I would never have used them had I known this in advance, and would recommend that you find another provider, as ChargedEV seem unable to provide anything
