Ongoing issues since survey stage and not given reasons why, Then a no show to install appointment after waiting 4 weeks and then given a new date a further 3 weeks later to then not show up again on a promised first appointment, phoned customer service who were absolutely no help at all and couldn’t give us any proper reasoning, Would not recommend at all! Appalling service and taking this to the ombudsman.
