Sadly not a very good experience with Chilli Tech. When I purchased the camera, it took a 25 days for delivery. I was pleased with the bullet cam as it did a very good job until it broke down (camera worked 8 months). I send it back to the company as requested, camera was received by Chilli Tech on 5th of May and as of today (15 June) still nothing. A couple of emails to fob me off and presently no answers. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.
