Updating my recent experience/ report! 08.08.2023 After being contacted by Customer Service, they were understanding and offered me a 20% discount on the product. Which I excepted. It was promptly paid. My all over experience with Christy was good…………… Loved the crisp fresh look on advertising photo. At arrival, I washed and ironed it. Ironing was a bit tedious. When I first put it on the bed, it looked beautiful. It was wonderful to sleep in, as the material is very soft and light. Next morning, what a big disappointment, it looks very creased, the crispness was gone, which I did not expect from Christy Quality Bedlinen. If I could, I would return it! My previous pure cotton quilt cover set from House of Fraser, which is 10 years old, still looks fantastic. Expected the same from this expensive Christy Set!
