Website glitch meant my payment didn’t go through the first time - consequently ended up having 6 pending payments on my credit card which took a long time to be removed. Reported to customer service at the time and the response was not particularly helpful. Returned one item (no returns label enclosed as it should have been) and the refund took a fair while to be processed.
