The towels were great, these were purchased to replaced some previously bought from Christie several years ago and they did not disappoint. However the delivery box was not substantial enough. I bought six bath and two hand towels which were not heavy but the box was damaged and the top taped closure was open. I understand Christie is at the mercy of the courier but the packaging needs to be robust enough to survive.
