Website ordering is a fiasco, repeatedly advising a buyer that a purchase is unsuccessful and to try again. After doing that, a call to customer services advises to try different credit cards and browsers. Customers receive no confirmation of an order. Checking my credit card account indicated that 4 charges for the same order had been made within minutes. Customer service personnel were very polite but totally ineffective, with responses evidently being 'top and tailed' standard replies. It took over 30 email exchanges and as many phone calls to sort out the mess, receive one order and get three reimbursements for the duplicate debits. In all, a time-consuming and stressful exercise over more than a week.
