Very pleased with the delivery service. Parcel came on time and well packaged. The web site is easy to use and I was kept informed via email of the progress of the order and delivery date and approximate time. The 2 bath sheets, two hand towels and two flannels are lovely and soft and true to the colour online (I had parchment which is a cream colour). Would recommend these items
