The towels are lovely but my experience with the carriers, Evri, was dreadful. Order dispatched promptly and delivery slot given by Evri. No towels. No towels next day either. I generated an enquiry with Evri on a Tuesday but despite emails from them, no towels by the following Monday. Christy were contacted who sent out a replacement set with a different courier. Prompt delivery. Full marks to Christy, nil to Evri.
