I bought a lovely Christy toweling dressing gown, the quality felt really great. However unfortunately even though it was the largest size in stock it wasn't large enough for me... With great disappointment, I had to return the dressing gown to Christy. I was sent a returns label and received my refund in a very short space of time. Great customer service, and lived up to the no-quibble returns policy.
