I purchased two 400tc Oxford pillowcases from Christy. The price was unbeatable. They are in no way adorned but are of very soft cotton, that feels smooth against my cheek at night. They have washed well. I never iron but also never put small items as these in the dryer. I dry them on the "line" and hand smooth them so they look ironed for this effort. They should have a longer life for avoiding the dryer as well. VERY PLEASED
