Customer Services really needs improving. My numerous emails read as if written by a Bot, and fail repeatedly to answer a simple question, namely “has my return parcel reached you?”. I returned an item via Evri on 9 Jan, and over three weeks later I have no idea if they have it. I’m told a refund should reach me by 29 January, assuming they have it ……… . How can they justify it taking so long?
