I am at my wits end trying to return part of my order. The deadline is in two days time. At the beginning of the month I tried to return two unwanted Christmas presents using the returns portal but it wouldn’t work, so I called the call centre and they created a returns label but that didn’t work - I went to 3 different drop off point and it didn’t work at any. So I called again and they said it was a national problem and promised to send me another return label but haven’t. I don’t know how to make Christy help me. I don’t know how else to return these things. Awful service. I’ll never buy from them again.
