Poor quality so have returned just before Christmas. You have not either acknowledged the return nor sorted a refund. Overall a bad experience made worse by poor service - you don't even enable an easy return by having to request a return slip online or through customer service which has to be printed - hugely disappointing. On 17/1, received confirmation that refund is on way! Keep your fingers crossed!
