Was very disappointed with how soft the towels were after I had washed them they are not as soft and fluffy as Christy state they will be . I could have got better quality from John Lewis . Would not recommend them.very unhappy with them .Jacob from Christy has been a bit economical with the truth, I told them that I could not believe that with the price of energy they were telling me to tumble dry my towels wet straight from the machine !However I did that day rewash my towels and tumble dried from wet .It did not make any difference they are still hard and coarse . I also asked for a prepaid return label to return the towels for a refund as had no faith that they would ever be as soft and fluffy as they state they should be .Christy also asked me to remove my review on Trust Pilot before they had resolved my complaint which sounded like desperation . The care label clearly states may be tumble dried NOT must be tumble dried.These towels are of poor quality and I will not be using them and would not recommend them to anyone . Don’t waste you money on Christy towels they are very unhelpful when things go wrong and when you follow their instructions it doesn’t make one little bit of difference.Very disappointed ☹️
