I have just washed the hand towels for the first time and very disappointed to find a very long thread that kept pulling. I don’t know what to do. I actually bought these a few months ago. Such a shame, I always associate Christy with quality and I bought a big bale of these. Love them otherwise. ? Contacted Christy as asked in communication below. The worst customer service ever. They had me so frustrated I had to ask them to leave me alone. I do not recommend this company and will never shop with them again.
