I ordered a bath robe (lovely shade of blue). It arrived within two days. My husband hounded me until I replaced my previous, much loved, bathrobe. I had owned it for over 25 years and it was beginning to wear out. That too was a Christy bathrobe, I was very fond of it. However, nothing lasts forever, so it was with reluctance that I ordered my replacement. I left it unopened for two days, I felt somewhat like a traitor, after all my old robe and I had been together for over a quarter of a century, but it was wearing thin and holes had begun to appear. So I said farewell to my old friend and finally laid it to rest. Then the new, gleaming blue of the newcomer took it's place behind the bathroom door. The first time I put new robe on, it was instant affection. So comfortable, so soft, so snuggly, I felt like throwing it a welcome party - but that would be foolish - wouldn't it?
