Great quality towels. Impressive delivery. My only problem was when I ordered over £200 worth of towels I miss counted and needed two my bath mats. I spoke to customer services almost immediately after I placed and paid for my order and was told that I could not alter the order and would have to order again. Because this was a small amount I then incurred postage charges when there was a package coming to my address anyway! Would have 5 stars if customer service were a bit more helpful.
