The personalised embroidery was poor it turned out to look nothing like the name I ordered. Perhaps if the form showed how the embroidery will actually look then I would have changed the style of font. As they can’t be returned I am wearing a lovely robe that has what looks like GGGG on it instead of FIFI ! Oh well you live and learn.
